This week at Forest School, Heigham Class were storytellers! With fantastic improvisation skills and communication, they came up with some amazing ideas of what a “stick” could really be.
“My stick isn’t just a stick… it’s part of a dinosaur’s hand!”
“My stick is a magic wand that casts people into either a rabbit or a twig – I choose which one you get cast into.”
“My stick is a bow and arrow.”
In the afternoon, they experimented with fire building and using the flint and steel – it was very hard work but they persevered and enjoyed the results of striking their first spark!
