Year 3’s trip to Norwich Market

Today, Year 3 walked to Norwich Market to explore the diversity which can be found there. We bought spices and foods for the children to taste, smell and touch. This will help us write poetry at the end of the week. We will also be creating art work and cuisine using the spices purchased at the market. The stalls the children really enjoyed were the fish mongers, spice and dried fruit and the fruit and veg. The stall holders made us feel very welcome and were very engaging with the children.
