Tuesday 23rd May – Y4 visit the Bridewell Museum and the Heritage Centre

Today it was the turn of Year 4 to make the short trip into the city to visit the Bridewell Museum and Heritage Centre. As part of our Working as Historians project, the children got to experience history first hand at The Bridewell Museum as they learned about life in Norwich 100 years ago, while the visit to the Heritage Centre provided them with a unique opportunity to access original documents from the city’s vast historical archive. Neil Storey led a fascinating ‘war tour’ around well known city centre locations with little known links to WW1, and then joined us for lunch in Chapelfield Gardens.

Enjoy the gallery.
