Friday 27th April – Turner start gardening

With the forecast for rain holding true, Turner class dressed for the weather and went outside to get stuck into their gardening sessions.  After a short introduction in the poly tunnel to talk through everything that has been achieved so far, 8 children remained under cover with Andy and Michelle to work on the potatoes, sow tomato seeds and transfer the spring onions to a SFG bed, while the rest worked alongside Mr Hubery and Miss Lewis to weed the soil alongside the driveway in preparation for sowing mixed wildflower seeds next week.  Enjoy the gallery.
